1. What Exactly This Clamp Is
This is a DIN 3015 standard hydraulic pipe clamp, widely used in:

2. Construction Details
a) Clamp Body (Green Block)
Made of Polypropylene (PP) / Polyamide (Nylon) / Rubber-lined
Split into two halves to enclose the pipe
Provides:
Shock absorption
Noise reduction
Corrosion protection
b) Top Plate
Mild Steel / Stainless Steel
Tightened using hex bolts
Applies compressive force to hold the pipe
c) Bottom Plate / Base Plate
Mounted on a structure (frame/channel)
May be welded or bolted

d) Fasteners (Bolts & Nuts)
Usually zinc-plated or SS

3. Working Principle
Pipe is placed inside the semi-circular groove of the clamp block
Top half + plate are placed above
Bolts are tightened → creates uniform clamping pressure
The plastic/rubber insert:
Distributes load evenly
Dampens vibration and shock
